I mentioned last night that senior season is in full swing. I wasn’t kidding. We’ve been booked solid with senior sessions for the last 6 weeks and we are finally getting caught up. Linsey was a blast to work with, and we had fun shooting with her. Here are a few sneak peeks from her session.
I openly admit it…I’ve not done a very good job of getting sneak peeks and updates posted here on the blog. I can use all kinds of excuses…we’ve been busy (we have), it’s the middle of senior season (it is, and it has been GREAT so far), the playset still isn’t finished (if you know that story, it is still and ongoing battle), I’m tired (I AM tired)…well, you get the picture. No more though. I’ve made a deal with myself to post once a day until I get caught up, and today’s post is a few of Carter’s images from the indoor part of his second birthday shoot. He had fun, and so did I. Look for GREAT senior images from the past few weeks starting tomorrow.

It’s May, and that means that it is Art On The Square season. The award winning art fair that takes place on the streets of downtown Belleville is this weekend. The studio will be open and we will be around all weekend, so if you are downtown, stop in and say hello. We are also re-dsiplaying most of the Operation Bella Vida Gallery, so if you missed this moving and inspirational exhibit in February, be sure to stop in and see it this weekend.

We had a special session last night. This couple are both in the military, have been married just under two weeks, and he ships out for a deployment in Iraq today. I wanted to give them both something special before he left, so I grabbed these three to edit. There’s a lot more to edit soon, but I wanted to get these up as soon as possible. Enjoy!
